Requirements
Kualifikasi yang
dibutuhkan untuk lowongan ini :
1. Pendidikan
minimal S1 jurusan hukum, lebih disukai lulusan S2
2. Usia maksimal 36
tahun
3. Memiliki
pengalaman 3 tahun di Law Firm sebagai Corporate Lawyer & Litigation, lebih
disukai memiliki 3 tahun pengalaman di level manajerial
4. Memiliki
sertifikat Advocat License
5. Memiliki
kemampuan yang baik dalam mengoperasikan komputer, terutama program Microsoft
Office.
6. Mahir dalam
berbahasa inggris, baik tulisan maupun lisan.

Tugas Manager
Legal & GCG :
1. Memastikan
kepatuhan terhadap regulasi dan perundang-undangan Aerowisata Group
2. Merencanakan
Assesment GCG Aerowisata Group
3. Menyusun
legalisasi Kontrak / Perjanjian
4. Legal Audit /
Legal Due Diligent terhadap dokumen perusahaan & anak perusahaan.
5. Merekomendasikan
kajian legal dan risiko legal kepada perusahaan & anak perusahaan
